Six months after the release of their incredible fourth album, Combat Sports, indie legends The Vaccines are set to return to Manchester for a one off, intimate show at a secret location; all courtesy of Jack Daniel’s Presents.
Jack Daniel’s relationship with music dates all the way back to 1982, when Mr Jack himself formed The Cornet Band. Since then, his whiskey has brought people together in the same way music does. Jack Daniel’s Presents brings music and whiskey fans alike together at intimate shows across the country, and supports the UK’s independent and grassroots music in the process.
Since headlining Jack Daniel’s birthday party in a cave in Derbyshire back in 2012, The Vaccines have gone from strength to strength. An essential part of this generation’s indie scene, the five piece are no strangers to main stage slots at the likes of Reading and Leeds and sell out headline tours, making Jack Daniel’s Presents an event guaranteed to be unforgettable.
On Thursday 20th September Jack Daniel’s Presents will partner with some of Manchester’s finest venues to offer a small selection of The Vaccines’ fans a chance to experience the band like never before in a secret, intimate location which will be announced via email on the day of the show.
Tickets are priced at just £20, and include not only entry to the secret location, but food and two serves of Jack Daniel’s too. As part of their committed support of independent artists and venues, 100% of profits from the evening will be donated to The Music Venue Trust; a charity ensuring to protect, secure and improve the UK’s grassroots music venues.
The final release of tickets for Jack Daniel’s Presents… The Vaccines are on sale from 5pm today, exclusively via Dice.
